How wonderful that your dad loves you so very much, Rose.
Yesterday I came home after shopping for something for hubby for Valentines and I found a huge gift box from 1-800-flowers. Inside were two dozen lovely roses from pale yellow to vivid yellow, pale pink to vivid pink, and peach. They are so very pretty. When I put them in water, they immediately started to bloom and fill out from the buds they were.
But then hubby came home with more flowers today because I had told him (long ago) that my very favorite flower is an iris (and so he wanted me to have those too). This morning (when he came home from working all night) I had a mixed bouquet with purple irises, red carnations, and purple and white daisies along with a card. The card has a picture of a red rose and when it plays the song, I love you just the way you are, the word love lights up.
I would share this sentiment, along with the picture and smells and music, with you. You are very special and we all love you.
