The Sims 1 Legacy won't launch at all

I've installed The Sims 1 Legacy on Ea App, however it won't launch at all, I googled the solution and tried to fix accordingly ( downloaded the latest Visual C++) and nothing worked. I'm now so disappointed to have paid in full and not being able to play at all.  Can someone please help?

This is the message I get

the game was unable to find a suitable vulkan device on this machine. Please update your graphic card drivers and try again

I'm running on an old pc, Windows 10.
