[The Sims 2] Help with sims 2 double deluxe
I downloaded sins 2 double deluxe from the Gamefly web site, paid for it and got the serial key, entered it but the program will not run. I was told by them that I could redeem my serial code at Origin and redownload the program, and this would probably solve the problem. When I tried to redeem my serial code I get an error message that says that the code is invalid. Can someone help. I have downloaded Sims 3 from the Origin site installed it and it runs perfectly. But I would like to get the Sims 2 double deluxe to run also. Thanks

In order to add Sims 2 to your Origin client, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log into the help page with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Issue Type", and "Platform" to see the contact options. Please choose phone or chat as contact option.
