Hi, i'm in Australia and i am trying to contact EA and i have been trying for several months now but cant. I am trying to get my sims 2 disks to work and i was hoping they may be able to give me a digital copy for my code instead so i can finally play the sims 2 again. i can not call them because no one ever answers and i can not email because there is no email address given, there is also no options what so ever to do a live support chat....
@RestlessWitch , I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but Sims 2 for Windows OS is no longer available on Origin for free or for purchase. Support for the digital version of the game from EA was ended in October 2018. There are no digital versions of Sims 2 available through any other format as well. The only digital version of Sims 2 is for the Mac OS and is called Sims 2 Super Collection and contains everything ported to the Mac from a company called Aspyr. It is available for purchase on the Apple App Store.
If you have an external disk drive, you can reinstall and run the game on Windows. If you would like help installing the game, please advise and I will be happy to help you to do so.
