[The Sims 2] installation code sims 2double deluxe

I have sims 2 double deluxe for my pc. I have had the game for quite some time now. I decided to download it to another pc I have and I do not have the original manual. I went online and I have the code provided, but this code is still saying its invalid.

Contact Customer Support. They are the only ones that can find out what your key was (if you've registered the game) or issue you an new one if you have proof of purchase.

Choose a category, a game and a platform for the option so show up.

If live chat is gray, change your country to US and make sure you're on US Business hours. It might also gray because they're very busy. Try later.

i cant get the site to work for me. Every time i type in my issue and select the product, it takes me right back to where i started. ☹️
