The Sims 2: Open for Business; Is this a glitch/bug?!

I have a big problem. Hopefully someone will me answer quickly. So, I am playing two sisters who have their business. They have it on community lot, NOT HOME. They got there. And I was playing - all was great. And they had to go because it was Friday, and they must go to China (Takemizu Village) on Friday. They closed up the shop and I clicked that they go home (walking). And then what happened? One of sisters was (like always; they must do always that) repelling because they must go. And she do that hours and hours and they can't go home!! ☹️ Is that a glitch? Can someone tell me quickly cause I am on Sims right now? I don't know what to do! That happened to me twice, but I didn't save. But I don't want to not save cause they were there a lot! And when I clicked on device for reimburse it wrote 'Tyler' and something, I don't remember. Later I deleted that device, in case that it will solve the problem! But it didn't! :'( It's like he is there but actually I can't see him anywhere!! He isn't in a lot but he 'is somehow'. I tried to call him through phone, but he wasn't home because he is in their shop, but he don't exists. I didn't do nothing to him! Please somebody help me!!?? PLEASE HELP ME!! (Sorry for my bad English). ☹️
