the sims 2 reg code

hi, got my wife a copy of the sims 2 (dvd) on the pc, from the cex shop online, but it hasnt came with a manual or a registration code...(which i didnt even know it did come with a registration code...

    @Jamie81018 It was bought online and didn't know they gave codes with the old Sims. It was returned 2 cex 4 a refund.. from now on I'll be checking in store and probably not buy online again -_-

I would recommend next time to always ask if there is a code be 100% sure before you leave and if you buy a lot of old sims 2 games be careful to check each one has a code and ask if it has been tested, best of luck I wanted the sims 2 myself and as a 13 year old it is hard to find and also maybe splurge for brand new my dude.

@jesswhite11  and @Jamie81018 , the only way to currently play this game is the CD/DVD. In regards to codes, the best place to get one is from the game publisher and while the digital version of The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection is no longer available, they may still be able to give game codes to work with the CD version.
