[The Sims 2] Registration code wont work

I'm tring to reinstall SIms 2 Fun with Pets Collection and It's asking for a registration code. I've been entering the registration code that's on the back of top of my manual. Please help!!!

    Hi twinmeg,

    For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.

    You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.

in my recent move i lost the registration code for my sims 2 double deluxe and i have s new laptop and i am unable to download is there any way that you can help thank you
