when ever i try and download something it goes in my download in the launcher but when i click on it to install it says instaill fail please check updates and try again ,

I can't even login!!! my downloads used to come through but everytime i try to log in it fails to recognizze my new user name. i even opended a new email and a new origin account and i still cant login to the exchange. it's very frustratings. i cannot register my games bc that site is being stupid and even though its linked to this one and powered by this one. no one hear seems to want to help. i am NOT a happy customer and will NEVER purchase anything rom this site or recommend it to anyone if no one steps up to fix these issues
