it's hard to keep sim mood good and i can.t work with that an youplz help me with that :-)

You could use a cheat, I was usually able to keep my sims happy buy fulfilling thier needs and making them do things they enjoy. I did have one family tho that seemed impossible. I never did figure out why.
To access the cheat hold down ctrl+shift+c then type in boolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true (with caps). Then you can hold shift (or it might be ctrl) and click on the mail box or is it the garbage can(?) and options will come up.
You can also use the mouse to move the sliders on hunger and such to move them to full. Google for more info.
If you dont want to use cheats, then I am not sure what else to do.
But be warned, cheating can become addicting.
