Hi, when i bought my sims 2 collection back in 2011 i was looking for a way to link those games to origin, i talked with support and gave me this "Sims 2 Ultimate Collection".
How do i do to open the launcher ?

I don't think it'll work, the full Ultimate content would be tied to Origin itself. The Sims 2 launcher is very old at this stage, so it's unlikely to have been updated for quite some time.
Community Admin@juanfranci244 Hey, now that you have the game on Origin you'll launch the game through the app. Log in then check the Game Library. Find the Sims 2 panel, you can download, install and lauch the game from here.
