The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection simply won't work

I just dowloaded The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, and anytime I try and open it the game loads, but then will freeze and not play. If i hit enter (or any key for that matter) to try and skip the begin...

It's not crashing it's making new files in My Documents go to My Documents then EA Games Delete The Sims 2 Folder after that run The Sims 2 get to the screen it crashed at then wait. And it should work.
