That's the page the link though here to it doesn't worl so don't bother to click it okay. But if you type that in to you Web Browser it should go striaght to it. If not you can ask me to try again for you 🙂

I found the right link. It seems that live chats are unavailable, and only phone calls are available. However, phone call wait times are over 2 hours, so I'm not going to bother tonight. Thanks, though.
