The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection

hi, so um I have downloaded the sims 2 ultimate collection when it came out. I had played it for a few months. but then my laptop broke, and I had recently got a new one. I had to re install all my sims games. But when I went on origin to re-download the sims 2 ultimate collection, it said that I have successfully pre-ordered the sims 2 ultimate collection, and that it was not yet released. I was wondering if EA could attach the game to my origin. I don't know what else to do.
