The Sims 2 Ultimate Edition Pet Serial

Hello,

I've tried to install and play The Sims 2 Ultimate Edition.

When I press play on my Origin application it says "The license limit for this product has been reached" with The Sims 2 Pets icon next to it.

Is there a way to fix this issue?
