The sims 2 unable to install

I bought The Sims 2 Double Deluxe and am unable to install.

It has this pop-up: 

User Account Control

This app has been blocked for your protection. An administrator has blocked you from running this app. For more information, contact the administator. AutoRun.exe

    @CrystalRenee030 Change your system date to any date before February 2020. That will let you run the installer. After installing you can change it back to the correct date.

    If the installer gives you the option to select which packs to install, make sure that The Sims 2 Store Edition is not selected and does not get installed. This is an option available on The Sims 2 Double Deluxe disks with the 2009 copyright date. If your disk was manufactured in 2008, it will not contain Store Edition at all.

    After installing the game, if you need any help with setting up the game and fixing compatibility and resolution issues, let me know.

    I’m literally having the same problem I have sims 2 and all the sims 2 expansions but I’m unable to download the sims 2 expansion packs onto my new windows 11 laptop it will set up and let me put in the activation code then it will download but by the time it downloads it says it needs to check for a recent update, after that it then terminates the download and says recent update failed and starts to uninstall the download and it doesn’t let me download. HELP I’m literally stuck I just wanna play sims 2 on my laptop
