The Sims 2 win xp (problem with graphics rules maker 1.1.0) - january 2021

Hello, I am trying to install the sims 2 on windows xp 32 bit (which I downloaded special for the sims, because I have discs and only xp is suitable for it). I have classic problem with directX 9.0c. When I try to fix it by using graphics rules maker I get it (photo). Can someone help me please? Thank  you!

Edit: It finaly works on windows 10 and I did not do anything special! Anyway, thank  you for answers, guys!

    @nastenyaus , while normally I would try to help, I don't know much about Graphics Rule Maker personally. The best place to seek help in regards to this program is LeeFish's forum (which the link for is found with a Google search). They know more about the program and may have solutions already posted on their forums.

    @nastenyaus Were you able to use version 2.0.0? If I remember correctly, there's a 32-bit version of that too.

    But you should keep in mind that The Sims 2 (even if installed from CD) is playable on Windows 10.
