The Sims 2 won't even start installation (Windows 10 Home)

Hey there.

Recently I got a new computer (HP Probook) that has Windows 10 Home. I wanted to install TS2 as usual, but I got an alert saying "This app has been blocked for your protection". With the help of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gjf0PxhGU0U&t=98s&ab_channel=ASATechnical) I managed to get rid of it, but now the Autorun.exe won't do anything AT ALL. I tried to run Administrator profile, used task manager, disconnected from WiFi, put all the files from D:/ to C:/ to different file - I guess I tried every tip I found on the internet. But it's still not working.

Is there any possibility I can fix it? TS2 is very dear to me and I would be heartbroken. ☹️

    I got mine to work with an Administrator account on my PC with Windows 11. I got Mansion and Garden Stuff on through it. It has black boxes for shadows but there's a modification made by a player that fixes that.

    Go to Microsoft in Google Search for installing the disks for a start. Each problem I searched had a fix. I used Google Search to trouble shoot every problem.

    I bought Seasons after and installed that as well.
