The Sims 2 won't recognize or uninstall from my computer... Please Help!

I can't seem to find a place to contact EA about my issues, and online seaches have come up with nothing, so I'm hoping someone here can help me. I have The Sims 2 Double Deluxe, University, Best of...

    I have the same problem and I tried patching, but it didn't help. It said the Sims is up to date, but with my expansion packs it says that I don't have them installed. When I put the disk in to install, it says that it's installed.
