The Sims 3 for Mobile

I did the latest update on my sims mobile but the school is not here! I went next to the stadium nd there's a big open space but no school option. Help!

I have 33.4 GB available on my iPhone 6 plus. I have a 64 GB. I've deleted tons of stuff and it still won't let me save ? This is happening on all the sims 3 games except Sims free play
