The Sims Complete Collection - issues with installation after/during disc 4

The Sims Complete Collection

I am getting really frustrated, I've tried to install The Sims Complete Collection onto my PC after not playing it for a long time. I have Windows 10 64 bit. It was installing without any problems until disc 4 which all of a sudden just stopped installing altogether saying it couldn't  dial/contact something and the whole installation would be scrubbed... What can I do? I have the original discs and none of them have any scratches on them. I also have the original book with the serial code on it... 

Please Help

    Hi @Enlighteness1968,

    Sorry for the late answer, were you able to install the game after your post?

    If you are still having issues, could you please share with us the exact error message you are getting? It sounds as if the CD was damaged, even if it doesn't look scratched. Cleaning the disc might also help.
