However, to answer your question, you might want to download Origin and enter your registration code there, which would give you access to a digital download of your game. (Get Origin here)

((it looks like the particular game i have is not in the product section so i had to choose the sims social))

I have the Sims Life Stories for pc, and everything works in the installation process up to about 80% it stops, and eventually a window pops up with a message of:

" A problem occurred when trying to transfer the file

'TSData\Res\Locale\French\Movies\LifeStoriesLogo.movie'

Do you want to retry to copy the file, or cancel the installation? "

Sometimes the particular part that says "French" will say "Finnish" or some other language.. but it's always the same kind of message.

Everything is up to date.. I ran a test a canyourunit.com and directx11 is installed.

I've tried this numerous times and it just wont install. I'd like to know how to fix this asap.

I am having trouble authorizing my Sims Stories games after reinstalling them I keep getting an error about how the server is not available

i bought a sims game awhile ago called my sims life stories and then i never had a chance to register my game and now im ready to register it but i cant find my code is there any other way i can get it registered?
