I have contacted you before because I had bought Sims Pets Stories for my daughter and the validation code appeared not to be valid, you of course solved this problem. I have two problems with this game. First is that the story of the male character named Lucas in the French version was accidentally erased and now I don't know how to proceed to get the story back.
The second problem is that I have a new laptop Acer aspire E1-505 with windows 8 and i can't put this game on it because it only works on windows XP There is a way to put it on my new laptop?

I am so confused here, I see the question posted that happened to me but I don't see the answer. My question is this: I have The Sims Pet Stories, I had it installed in a laptop then had to un-install it a few years ago. I want to play it again but I can't find the product/registration number. I'm about 90% positive that I registered the game. How can I get the number back so I can enjoy my game again?

I checked Origin and its not there. I believe I registered it before Origin even existed, I did it with EA games. Would it be there still?
