The Sims Medieval - Registering the game on Origin/EA App

Hey I got physical copy of sims medieval I found that the digital release of this old sims game I tried to use my code to register it told go to website  sims3 one 

I went to registered a game but still come up as invalid' code please try again even knowing it correct 

what can I do how can I register this game to my ea account
