[The Sims Medieval] Code rejection

It won't except my code for the Sims medieval, it directs me to the sims3 to enter my code on my account there. But I can't log in there, because it doesn't except my password, even thou I have asked...

I tried to use it on origin, but it directed me to the sims 3 page.

For medivial ? I've never seen anyone haveing the Sims 3 medivial registered to their Sims 3 Account.

I'm not even sure I registered mine anywhere. Maybe someone else knows more.
