The Sims Medieval doesn't work Mac

I download and redownload grom Origin deluxe pack of this game. But the problem is, that when i open game, i can update my version but i have no button 'play'. And the whole window is limpid. What should I do? Or it's just a waste of time and money? Should I ask for money back or trying to on the game?
