I am getting a error code 366 when I start up, the Sims medieval. How do I fix it. I download it from origin but I got the game from gamestop.

Yesterday I got the sims Medieval gamecode for Origin from G2A. I've installed it with the Origin client but when I try to start the game it says 'Unable to start the game Error code 366'. I've already tried reinstalling and updating the game but nothing works. Any suggestions on how I can play? Or maybe a workaround so I won't have to use the Origin client (if that helps...)
