[The Sims Medieval] Help Sims Medieval Problems

Question

I have recently downloaded the sims medieval and pirates and nobles from Origin. When I load the game the screen comes up so big that everything on the left side isnt showing on screen needless to say&nbsp;I can not even get to the options menu to see if I can change this. I have hit f5 I read somewhere that it would bring up the options menu but it does nothing!!! Help!! Please I have had this game 5 days and have not even been able to play it!!

The game has a cheat code to toggle windowed mode. In windowed mode you should be able to move the game window and make it smaller by moving the edges of the game window. Eventually you can make it so small that it fits your screen and then use the options to find the best graphics setting for your computer.

This is how you use the cheat code:

While playing the game, press [Ctrl] + [Shift] + c to display the console window.
Then type: fullscreen off
Hit enter and your game will ask you to verify the new display settings like this:

Click the check mark to accept the new settings.
