Same here... I got nostalgic yesterday and finally bought it from the EA app instead of cracked pirated versions and it just downloaded again and again for 3 hours ;-;
And the same is happening today as well... i even made a video and am currently trying to find a way to contact support but it doesn't seem like they have a legit support team... bruh :/
I was able to report it to EA on live chat in their help centre. If they receive several reports they may look into it, so the more people who report it the better. I let them know that other games are downloading and installing successfully, but this one isn't.
