[The Sims Medieval] my key code does not work on my the sims medieval game. it keeps saying its invalid
why wont it except the code thats on the booklet the code is: (edit: email removed for security reasons)

For all questions about your account, game code, and game registration, please get in contact with an EA Game Advisor.
You need to log in with your Origin account and then choose "Product", "Category", and "Platform" to see the contact options.
