The Sims Medieval not saving

I just got this game and was playing it fine. I tried to save and it said error code 16 so I looked it up and they said to use save as. That worked but then later on i tried to save again and it didn’t say anything went wrong and took me to the main menu. But then it didn’t save? It said the last time i played it was hours before when i had saved it the first time. I then tried to just delete that save but it wouldn’t delete either. I even have the same problems with a different save as well. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

@chocolatetotoro , try dragging the individual files to your Desktop and then into the Recycle bin. Also make sure you delete the .backup files as well. I don't think they will delete directly from the Saves file.

  • @chocolatetotoro , Error Code 16 occurs when you don't have enough memory to save the game. Have you tried to run Disk Defrag and Disk Utility to help clean up some space on your hard drive? You should run those Windows apps frequently to help keep your hard drive in order and to delete unnecessary files that are clogging up your memory.
