[The Sims Medieval] Online Activation

First of all my working and activated game updated and said my game was no longer activated and would mot reactivate saying my key was bad! That really sux
Then I have to spend a 1/2 hour to find and try to report the problem that in order to complete the issue I now have to spend another 1/2 hour to set up a USER account that I dont want or even care for. After setting up the account now I have to figure out how to send in the issue Again! I buy lots of games but after this trying to find out why My PAID for game will no work because of a key that I paid for no longer activates the game I promise I wont ever buy another EA Game again and at this point to be honest If I new every thing I was going to have to go through I probably just deleted the game if my next 1/2 hour of time waiting for a Chat room tech cant resolve the issue! I will just delete it!
