[The Sims Medieval] Origin won't redeem my code...

I had a similar problem. I had to get a new computer when my old one crashed. I simply re-installed Origin. Once it was installed there is the option at the top to show you your games. Just click on the one you want to re-download and it will just download it for you, no codes required. Hope that helps you out!
