The Sims Medieval: Pirates and Nobles not available for separate purchase

Why can't I purchase The Sims Medieval Pirates and Nobles separately when I already have the base game? I don't want to repurchase the whole game again, and the expansion itself is not available for...

@mmartinsdemoura It is a bit odd, considering The Sims 3 Late Night is still available for players who do not have the Starter Pack.

However, with TSM, I don't know how EA treats those cases. You could try to contact EA Help and see if they can help you with the pack, but I can't promise anything.
