The SIms2 double delu

Hello i have bought The Sims 2 double deluxe version from a friend and im not allowed to download without a code and she doesnt have the manual anymore. I have the serial number for the CD. its ISBN 0-7845-4576-6.  thats the number on the back for the cd case by the bar code. What am i suppose to do about downloading the CD
