@chloenarcisse12 The blank icon is normal for PACKAGE files and they seem to be installed correctly in the screenshot.
However, I have tracked down the CC set and it says that roof trims require the main Bespoke Build set to function. Do you have that installed as well?
Either way, you want to make sure that CC is enabled in Game Options. Catalogs Display Custom Content should be set to On. Once you click on the CC star in the same menu, next to Display Custom Content Dialog at Startup, the popup should say that custom objects are enabled; if not, enable them and restart the game.
