The UI for the Sims 2 is tearing

Hi!

I opened up The Sims 2 today and noticed that some things were "tearing". Notably, the intro video, the loading screen, the UI in the world view(I tried Belladona Cove) and the CAS. Is there anything I can do to fix this. Thanks!
