You can buy a " No Pets Allowed" in buy mode. Find painting icon then plus icon and it's early in that list. Stops strays visiting your lot

That's good to know, I've just been shooing them as soon as I see them
The sign is only really a half solution. I don't remember them peeing constantly in the original, but maybe they did? It's a shame to have to remove the feature of pets roaming around to solve a possible glitch.
