I would love a new Sims Medieval, especially if, like you've suggested, they brought more fantasy aspects to it, even if they were in expansion packs. Dragons and other mythical beasts, Fairies, Elves, Dwarves and Goblins, Pirates, Merfolk , Sirens, Islands and high seas, superstitions and hearth lore (Vampires, Werewolves, magic and Ghosts), and it would be really fun to introduce other lands and cultures with their mythology and superstitions based off that time period (but in a fictional, "Sim" way.)
