I bought the hard copy of the game a few years ago and have played it many times on my computer. I recently got a new computer and this does not contain a disk drive. I however can not download the Sims Medieval onto my new computer. The codes will not work. How do I get the game on my new computer??

We can try to help, but we would need some more details to understand which is exactly the problem. What error are you getting when you try to register your codes in Origin?
If it is telling you the codes were already used? If so, do you remember having registered your games in the past? When you bought your games, had the games been used before or they were new?
