I've tried to register S2 Nightlife using the 4-code 20-digit serial code from the back of the instruction booklet. It says 'code invalid'. Can seem to contact EA UK or Origin via email for support or advice either. I use Windows 8.1 OS
Any help would be much appreciated!

Sadly, you won't be able to redeem The Sims 2 game codes in Origin. Please, contact one of our advisors through EA Help, they might be able to help. If email is not working for you, I suggest using the chat.
