I generally don't like how sims look in TS3, especially without Maxis Match CC, but yours are incredible. I wish I was good at making TS3 sims, but even with sliders, mine still look hot garbage. I'm super OCD though, so if I was able to make sims like this, I'd want to edit all pre-mades and townies to match this more realistic style... and I'd be there all day.
