Vulkan required

It's not explicitly stated in the requirements, but if you are failing at getting The Sims 1 Legacy Collection to start make sure your system is Vulkan capable. If it's not, then TS1LC will not work. If you can find an old cd copy they will work most likely, but you will probably need to fiddle with things to get it going.

Google "is <graphics(card or integrated)> Vulkan compatible"

If you don't know what you're running open file Explorer to this pc and there should be Manage in the system links at the top. Click that and open device manager on the left. Then hit the drop down for display adapters. Your graphics device name should be there.
