This is very concerning. Imagine paying potentially hundreds of dollars for your games and they're suddenly gone for "security" purposes. I hope she can get it resolved. But I feel there are too many measures being put in to prevent piracy when, let's be honest, people will always find a way around it. It's only hurting honest people who just want to play the games they payed for.
