Playing favoritism for Sims 4 and excluding every other iteration is what got them in this mess. Don't compound it by making the Sims 3 smoothly playable for Mac while giving PC users the finger.

What is going to be really funny is when EA/Maxis decides oh, look, TS4 has out sold all of them (and it has to my knowledge) so we should go ahead and make that TS5 mmo. Not taking into account they had to do a lot of pandering and fixing to turn the salvaged Olympus Project into a sandbox, single player, so called life simulator. But because it has made the most, they will probably take that as a sign they should build another mmorpg, forgetting all about why TS4 finally made so much money after six years or more of trying to get it back to a life simulator.

@amp107 Do you still have access to this Lenovo laptop? If so I'd be very interested to see a DxDiag report on it, in order to look for possible reasons and explanations as to why it had such problems with running TS3.

I've seen people saying this several times on these forums, but still don't understand what they mean exactly since I've been playing rotationally from day one. Could you please explain further why you weren't able to do it?
