Where to find old information..........on games

I don't know if this is what you are looking for, but once I had a past sim game become unplayable. It was Medieval, and the EP that goes with it. I originally had the game on disk. It became unplayable after I had got a new computer. I had to go to Origin where you go to get help with games. I gave them my information, including the game codes, and they were able to get me a digital download of my game, at no cost. After downloading and installing the digital version, I was able to play my game again.
