Which The Sims game do you think has the best Storytelling features?

Sims 3's scrapbook was a great idea. But it was Sims 3 and that feature actually makes the game run worse because of course it does, it's Sims 3. So you have to turn off the scrapbook to make the game run better. You don't have to do that in Sims 2, so Sims 2 by default.
