The Sims 2: Jessie Pilferson. It helped that her face was VERY close to the face of a girl I was infatuated with in middle school.
The Sims 3: Ayesha Ansari....or in a pinch, Erin Kennedy. One of my first Sims 4 sims was basically an Ayesha-Erin mix. I tried to go after Ayesha's looks, but I used Erin's story.

In The Sims 1 I remember a Townie named Blaze....dark skin, red hair, wearing yellow pants. I can't remember if Hot Date townies were randomly generated or if there were presets, but I vividly remember having Bob Newbie fall for Blaze and marry her. Not sure what Betty thought!
