My current favorite is Jesse Saucedo- I just made him a few days ago and I'm going to use him to start up a restuarant so he's currently working on getting his cooking/baking/mixology skills up. I play almost exclusively legacy families but aging and story progression is off on his save. It kinda gives me a break from family play and I've been getting to know all the townies better through him!
