will the sims 2 uc work with my graphics card

intel hd graphics 3000

DAC Type; internal

display mode 1366x768 - 32 bit 60hz

aprox total memory 1664mb

laptop running windows 8.1 64bit

in belladonna cove the water is low detail/look like it was done with ms paint, shoreline pixled/unsmooth

Your graphic card is a bit low, check you have the latest version of your driver. You can try to turn on the Compatibility Mode too (right click on the link on your desktop, Proprieties, Compatibility, Windows XP).

i dont' have compatibility mode option or it. i can only run as administator. it wouldn't work then.
